Quick Trick: Capitalize text with the Proper Function

Directions: Sometimes data entry mistakes happen and someone's first name is not capitalized. Typing "=PROPER" and then the 
cells will fix this mistake.
 
Example: Here, "john" was not capitalized. Copying the Proper function in the entire column would fix all of these errors 
and capitalize the first letter of each name. Then copy and paste the correct data over the old data using a paste values.
