      Error: #NUM!

Why: #NUM! error happens when using an iterative function (i.e. trial and error) like IRR or Rate and Excel can't find a solution to 
the function. 

Example: The error below is caused by both the future value and present value being positive. Excel requires one of the cash flows to
be negative to solve the problem. 

Solution: Make one of the numbers negative.
